Mitesh Construction Pvt. Ltd. (MCPL) built a strong reputation of excellence through its quality, commitment and clients’ satisfaction. The Company has notable and consistent track record in the mission set. Established in 1985 Mitesh Construction has carved a niche for itself in the construction business by successfully executing the Civil Construction, supporting and value addition works requiring to the civil construction contracts on Manpower Deployment Basis coupled with the innovative techniques. The Promoters ventured into the business especially the supporting and value addition services such as in Masonry works, Plaster and Manpower for Plumbing and Electrical Works in the year 1985 under the name of Jadhav & Sons then Mitesh Construction. It was necessary to keep the pace with fast expansion of the civil construction Industry in decade 2010. Hence the promoters incorporated the Limited Company viz Mitesh Construction Private Limited (MCPL) and all business was shifted to MCPL. MCPL is a result of hard work and dedication of the promoters. The Promoters ventured fifteen years ago initially into the supporting and value addition services especially in Rehabilitation & Restoration of Multi-storeyed buildings, Major Plumbing works, Major waterproofing works including brickbat and chemical waterproofing. MCPL is a Certified Applicator of NINA CONCRETE SYSTEM. Our work also includes Major infra works of storm water drainage lines, Water supply lines and even electrical lines. We even do Fire Fighting works on a large scale, RCC works of Buildings, Fabrication works which includes fabricating MS grating, Chamber covers, Grills and Railings. MCPL has even reached a new stage from turning into a Land Developers from being a renowned contractor as well.

Now the Company is widely accredited and applauded by Renowned builders because of its wide range of Services as well as the Company’s extensive knowledge and depth experience of founder members, its skilled workforce and commitment to timely completion of every assignments entrusted. The company is now accepted as one of the trusted associates of these Renowned builders, like lodha and Rustomjee Societies and Public as well Private sector houses. All these foot prints became a future proof business which allows the Company to bag the contracts and have a portfolio of award-winning contracts of the supporting construction services requiring for the building-up of the township, construction of the residential and commercial towers, etc. Company also holds a very good relation with all his employees right from workers to the staff at higher level which has always been the most important part in the day to day development of the company as a whole.

Civil Structural Construction

• Comprehensive range Concrete Protective (interior or exterior) and its Coating, Flooring and structural repairs with use of latest techniques and advance process.
• Execution of the final stage of Civil Structural Construction Works. The final stage of job execution includes finishing of the concrete surfaces after de-shuttering, laying and placing in position of the infrastructure for Civil and plumbing network.

Manpower for Finishing Works

• Granite/Marble fixing on facades, walls and floors.
• Fixing of joinery works like doors windows, Parquet Flooring, Palco work.
• Painting, Tiling, Screeding and Ornamental Work.
• Dry Partitions, False Ceiling.

Masonry works and Plaster
Masonry works of all types such as fixing of solid/ hollow/ aerated cement concrete/ siporex/ hebel blocks including brick and stone masonry besides various types of plaster including decorative type with both manual and mechanized techniques.

Pre Cast Work
Providing skilled manpower for Casting and Erection of all types of Pre-cast elements such as Wall/ Slab Panels, Beams, Staircase, Lintels, Manholes etc. The Pre-cast Work also includes running and maintenance of Pre-cast Fabrication Yard.

Plumbing works
Providing highly experienced and competent workforce for Major plumbing and sanitation work & also liaisoning to Govt. Authority.

Waterproofing and Insulation Works
Executing various kinds of Water Proofing, corrosion resistant lining which is essential part of all the modern architectures, with specialized and trained workforce specialized in Terrace Basement, Toilets work etc.

Interior designs/decorates :

Ensuring the best interior designs and decoration including traditional decoration for the maximum usages and resources for the space of house/flats envelop and providing the building with contemporary look as a result which gives the best additional value to the property purchased for residential as well as for commercial use.

Mr.Gajanan L. Jadhav (Chairman, MCPL)
Mr.Gajanan L. Jadhav Founder and Promoter of Mitesh Construction Pvt Ltd have enjoyed unprecedented success. His passion for quality and innovation has seen him create great impression in the civil and construction industry which allows the company to win the confidence of both the industry and clients alike. In the mid of 2000 things started changing drastically. Wealth began to spread. Opening of a fresh market and opportunities. In such scenario he was a new breed of entrepreneurs who arrived to claim the unexplored opportunities. His intricacies and facets of Civil construction Industry along with his relentless focus on employing his talent with his available amenities allow the Company to deliver superior performances to the clients and lead the Company progressively. He is also well connected socially and politically. His achievements were felicitated and honored by many of Recognized the Social Institutes and Associations.

Mr.Mitesh Jadhav(Director, MCPL)
Mitesh has grown up in and around Mitesh Construction. He worked for the company in his school and university holidays, gaining valuable hands-on experience along the way. After completing academic qualification in Civil engineering from the Bharti Vidyapeeth University he joined the team in full fledges in 2004. He has gained good experience and is also following up the missions set by Mitesh Construction. He is now successfully serving the operation independently. The company has already spread its wings horizontally under his leadership. He also has a good social and political rapport.

Mr.Tejas Jadhav (Director, MCPL)
Tejas is professionally qualified in Civil Engineering field and has completed his M.S. degree in Construction Project Management from Loughborough University, U.K. In the end of 2011. After gaining experience of 8 months by working with Nagarjuna Contruction Company at POSCO CRM project, he joined the team of MCPL as a Director. Coming up with new ideas, learning and trying new techniques, expanding companies base is always in his mind. He controls and monitors day to day administration, execution and dealing with clients accordingly. MCPL has already reached heights under his guidance and wishes to expand more under his leadership.

Mrs.Neeta G.Jadhav (Director, MCPL)
Mrs. Neeta Jadhav is the cornerstone of the company since its establishment in 1985. She is vastly experienced in both the practical aspects of the management and strategic decision making of the organisation. She is also on the director board of the company. She also monitors and controls the day to day administrative and accounting functions.

Mrs. Manjiri Jadhav
Manjiri is interior designer / decorator. She has good hands on the Interior designing. Interior designs are an integral part of the value additions of civil construction work. She is assisting to the operating team to maximize the house space use at the needs of the clients.
